We understand that you are looking for the best quality care and want to feel better as soon as possible. We are happy to answer any additional questions via phone call, email, or chat!
We operate as an out-of-network provider, which allows us to deliver a level of personalized care that in-network clinics simply cannot match.
However, we manage the administrative side for you. We verify your out-of-network benefits upfront and submit all claims on your behalf. This allows you to access premium care while we advocate for your reimbursement.
We are intently focused on helping you achieve your specific goals, and less so the goals dictated by insurance. We believe that physical therapy is exponentially more effective when sessions are one-on-one, however insurance companies do not share the same sentiment. For these reasons, we are an out-of-network provider.
Evaluations and follow-up visits are 1:1 with a licensed physical therapist and are typically about an hour long. We ask that you wear clothes that you are comfortable moving around in. There is a locker room on site if you would like to bring a change of clothes.
Sessions typically consists of manual therapy work, which may include soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, Graston technique, cupping, taping, etc. as well as an exercise program that is customized for your unique needs.
New York is a direct access state. According to NYS law, patients can be seen for 10 visits or up to 30 days, whichever comes first, without a needing a script. If you will be in physical therapy for longer than that time period, you will need to obtain a script from a physician. We are happy to provide you with a referral if needed.
